Email Delivery Issues Affecting Apple Domains – Investigating
Resolved - The issue affecting incoming email delivery from Apple-operated domains, including iCloud.com, me.com and mac.com, has now been resolved.

Our investigation identified that repeated connection attempts from Apple's mail servers triggered automated firewall protection mechanisms, resulting in some connections being temporarily blocked.

The affected connections have since been unblocked, and following a period of monitoring, we have confirmed that normal email delivery has resumed.

We apologise for any inconvenience this disruption may have caused and thank our customers for their patience while we worked to resolve the issue.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue affecting the delivery of incoming emails from Apple-operated domains, including iCloud.com, me.com and mac.com, to some customers across our network.

Our technical team is actively working to identify the cause and restore normal email delivery as quickly as possible.
